Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

Also known as Facial Rejuvenation or Acupuncture Facelift, facial acupuncture is a non-surgical method of reducing the signs of the aging process.  Based on the principles of Oriental Medicine, hair-thin needles are methodically inserted into particular areas of the face, ears, and body to manipulate the body’s natural revitalization process designed to help the whole body look and feel younger.  Practitioners of Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture know how to specifically treat the face while simultaneously remedying the underlying factors that contribute to the aging process.

Needle retention ranges between 20 and 40 minutes but the total treatment is approximately 2 hours.

Auricular Acupuncture

Also known as Ear Acupuncture, Auricular acupuncture is one of the most widely used microsystems within eastern medicine. Microsystems use one aspect of the body - for example, the ears, hands or feet - to treat conditions that are present anywhere in the body. Auricular acupuncture may be used as a primary mode of treatment or in conjunction with other treatments such as acupuncture, bodywork or herbal medicine.

Needle retention ranges between 20 and 40 minutes.

Neurofunctional Acupuncture

Like traditional acupuncture but utilizing electrical stimulation on the needles. This allows for electrical signals to pass through the needles into the designated areas of the body to create muscle fasciculation for reduction of pain and increased blood circulation.

Needle retention ranges between 10 and 30 minutes.

Traditional Acupuncture

Ultra fine needles are inserted into the body at specific locations to manipulate the body's 'Qi' to invoke a natural and holistic healing response.  Needling includes but is not limited to:

- Auricular (ears)

- ‘Antique Shus’ (below elbows/knees)

- Specific body areas based on diagnosis

Needle retention ranges between 20 and 40 minutes.
