Brandy Pinder is a licensed massage therapist who wanted to make a career of massage since she was 15 years old. She graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in December 2011 and holds an associate’s degree in occupational studies with a focus on massage therapy.
Before moving to New York in the summer of 2009 and pursuing this
dream she lived in Morgantown West Virginia where she attended West Virginia University and obtained a BS in early child development in 2008.
She was born and raised in southern California where the majority of her family still lives. Besides massage, health, and an interest in varieties of eastern and western medicine she enjoys reading, horseback riding, kettle bells (a form of exercise), and swimming. She also volunteers with and is a member of the Long Island City Lion’s Club and volunteers as a member of the bereavement and outreach committee for the Guide Dog Foundation
in Smithtown, NY.
